Hello There! I'm Dalton Casto. I'm a jolly pudgy fella from Nebraska who occasionally offers good luck, thanks to recessive genes. A little about me? I’ve wrestled with ADHD and depression most of my life, and while they can be heavy, they’ve shaped how I think, work, and connect. I’ve learned to use my curious, scattered mind as a tool: to build systems, explore new ideas, and create tools that help people feel seen, supported, and remembered. Helping others has always been the one thing that lights me up inside. I’ll often take on projects just because the mission speaks to my soul, not the paycheck.

I’m a generalist with a golden heart, still crafting what my “professional identity” looks like. My resume shows the range: QA testing, AI prompt engineering, support roles, but the thread that ties it all together is service. Right now, I’m focused on aligning with a nonprofit or a mission-driven team where I can contribute immediately and meaningfully. Long-term, I’m working toward building something foundational.
